These terms apply when you purchase products from Plaque Forge through plaqueforge.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products

Plaque Forge sells 3D printed decorative products, including wall plaques and free-standing display pieces.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and the filament used.

Our products are manufactured using FDM 3D printing. Fine layer lines and minor variations in surface texture are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process and are not necessarily defects.

Product dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it, if there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Personalised and Custom Orders

Please check all names, wording, dates, colours and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Plaque Forge name, branding, website content, photographs and original designs created by Plaque Forge may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Some products may be decorative pieces inspired by popular culture, brands, music, sport, games or other subjects. Where a product is described as unofficial or inspired, this does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the relevant rights holder.
