Returns

We hope you're happy with your Plaque Forge purchase. If you change your mind about a standard, non-personalised item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at hello@plaqueforge.co.uk before returning an item.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Personalised and Custom-Made Items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item.

Please email hello@plaqueforge.co.uk with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem so we can resolve it.

3D Printed Products

Our products are made using FDM 3D printing. Fine layer lines and minor variations in surface texture are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process and are not necessarily defects.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, including any standard delivery charge that must be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
